When we were looking for a body grip support to handle and put on our website, we were amazed by the numerous supports available. With that being said, we wanted our trappers to be able to cover about any base with a removable body grip support, plus make it affordable. This support is so very unique that your trap can be set in the usual upright position, or you can keep that trigger system down in the water where it's not going to freeze or pick up surface junk every night. It comes in 3 different sizes, is a simple and straight forward system, and is rugged and ready for trap line use. I think you will agree that anything that maes or keeps you versatile in trapping is a plus.

This handy little tool can be used to preset your 330 and slip it off at the set. So nice and small. Just keep it in your pocket, and you don't even know it's there. Can be used at the set during remake, just slip it off when you have completed the set. When you're beaver trapping, things happen, if you know what I mean, and if this tool comes up missing, you're only out $1.00ish, not $15-$20 like some other safeties.
$4.00/half dozen; $7.95/dz

This is not your average, cheap, metal tail stripper. After being unhappy with the cheap foreign made, stamped out edges that you could also use as a knife to skin with, we took the metal tail stripper to the laser cutter and had them make it right! No sharp edges on this stripper, and you get what you pay for: a tail stripper not a knife to cut your hand. Made in the U.S.A.

We have these handy little connectors in 2 popular sizes. The first is the standard size, and is perfect for the mink/coon/muskrat line. Use this connector to wrap around just about anything without tools. connects two cables, two chains, a drag, drag and chain to your main chain, snare and extension cable, chain to a tie plate, or anywhere you want to connect.
|
This stand is pretty straight forward, easy to use, and does the job it's meant to do. When I go into a new beaver flow for the first time, I am going to pack a 330, and bring this support. It can go anywhere, deep or shallow, on a trail, or wherever needed. It's super versatile, and our stand, unlike any other on the market, comes with an attached TOP LATCH SYSTEM. Yes, no more wiring or looking for something to hold the top together. Just clip it on, and away you go. 48" length.
**an additional $14 shipping will be added to this item due to its size/shape; if ordering more than one, please call so that we can combine shipping. Otherwise, you will be charged $14 per support, unless ordering by the 1/2 dozen or dozen.

3.5 pound--$12.50 This drag measures 7x13 with two 2/5 inch drag spikes, one on each side. The welded D ring at the top of the drag allows for fast and easy hook-up. Excellent drags for allowing a catch to leave the set area minimally undisturbed while not going far. The triangular points welded close to the vertical frame to allow snag and lockup on smaller material such as saplings.

Check this item out! We made this box to be used with the Victor rat trap (sold separately). We rebuilt this box from 3/4" pine, and it has a bait area inside the box that the weasel cannot access keeping him there until caught. Same size, but better, tougher construction.

That's it, just move it where you want it. The trapper decides where the trap needs to be. Just loosen the two big wing nuts, and lock them down where you want the trap. It's standard deep water height at 50", but you can use the entire length! Long on the bottom? Move it up. Want it on the surface? Move it there. Bank hole off the bottom? Move it up. Those otter cross-overs are no longer an issue, just move it wherever you need it. Fluctuating water drive you crazy? It did me too, but not anymore. Just loosen the big wing nuts, and move that trap where you want it.

They lock up great on the trap spring/spring pin and are long enough you can use a foot, or my favorite, your forearm so you have a free working hand to set. Heavy duty, 3/8 round stock these are made to withstand years of service. Here is a partial list of traps it fits: MB 650, MB 500, Duke #4 square jaw 4-coil, Duke #2 square jaw, etc.

Made here at Coon Creek, these are solid oak beams with a finishing seal placed on them. They are hand-sanded, and ready for years of fleshing. The bracket is made to be bolted down to your table so it can be removed when not in use, or out of the way until the season comes in. Brass screws hold the mink board on so rust is not a problem. American made with pride.
