They lock up great on the trap spring/spring pin and are long enough you can use a foot or your forearm, so you have a free working hand to set. Heavy duty, 3/8 round stock these are made to withstand years of service. Here is a partial list of traps it fits:
Yellow: Fits most 1.5 and 1.75 size traps, Duke/MB 450, Duke/MB 550, Alpha #2, Bridger #2, Duke #2, Bridger #2, Victor #3, Duke #3, Alpha #3, and Bridger #3 (although the green setters are a better fit)

Green: Fits Victor #3, Bridger #3, Duke #3, Alpha #3, Duke #4, MB 750, Bridger #5
